Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Station Draft collects, uses, and handles information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

When you apply for pilot access through the /access form, we collect: your name, department name, state, RMS system in use, estimated monthly incident volume, and optionally, how you heard about Station Draft. This information is used solely to evaluate pilot applications and communicate with applicants.

When you use the Station Draft drafting interface, the narrative text you submit is processed to generate an incident draft. This narrative text is not stored after your session ends.

How We Use Information

  • Pilot application information is used to evaluate and respond to applications
  • We may contact applicants about their application status or pilot program updates
  • Aggregate, non-identifiable data about usage patterns may be used to improve Station Draft
  • We do not sell personal information to third parties

Incident Narrative Data

Narrative text submitted to generate a draft is used only to generate that draft. It is not stored in our systems after the session ends. Officers should avoid including patient names or personally identifiable patient information in narratives — this information is not required for NERIS incident records and should remain in ePCR systems.
