What Data Station Draft Processes
Station Draft processes the officer narrative text you paste into the draft interface. This narrative is used to generate the incident draft and is not stored after the session ends. Station Draft does not access your RMS, your CAD system, or any departmental database.
What We Do Not Store
- Incident narrative text — processed to generate the draft, not retained after the session
- RMS credentials — Station Draft never receives or stores RMS login information
- Patient information — Station Draft does not process or store patient care data
- Department operational data — no access to CAD, dispatch, or internal systems
What Officers Should Know
Officers should not include sensitive personal information in narratives submitted to Station Draft — specifically, patient names, patient contact information, or other personally identifiable information beyond what is operationally necessary for the incident record.
NERIS incident records do not require patient names or personal identifying information at the incident level. Officers familiar with ePCR documentation should note that ePCR-level patient data is separate from, and not required in, the NERIS incident record.
Current Security Posture
Station Draft is in a pilot program. Our security practices are appropriate for this stage of development. We do not currently hold SOC 2, FedRAMP, or other formal certifications. If your department has specific security or compliance requirements for third-party tools, evaluate Station Draft accordingly.
